Daniel is director of Development at Scannell Properties, responsible for managing and expanding the company’s platform in New England as well as Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC. He leads site selection, due diligence, underwriting, local and state entitlements, business incentives, and land acquisition. Daniel manages a team of consultants to design and construct speculative and built-to-suit projects and oversees the leasing of these facilities. He is responsible for business development associated with prospective and ongoing projects.
In his eleven years with Scannell, Daniel has been responsible for developing more than 17 million square feet of industrial space across the United States.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and attended the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis. Daniel also has a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business in Minneapolis.
