Dan is a director of Development and leads the Twin Cities market for Scannell Properties and oversees acquisitions, entitlements, leasing, and project execution throughout the region.
Dan brings more than 18 years of real estate development and project management experience across a diverse range of asset classes, including industrial, healthcare, retail, and housing. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development and delivery of more than 12 million square feet of product. His broad experience enables him to guide projects from site selection and acquisition through entitlement, construction, leasing, and stabilization.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and leverages both his technical and development expertise to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and create long-term value for clients, partners, and communities.
