Courtney Kanzinger is an attorney serving as counsel for Scannell Properties. She is responsible for all legal aspects of the commercial development process on projects throughout the country, including deal structuring and implementation for acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing, and commercial leasing.
Prior to joining Scannell, Courtney performed similar functions as in house counsel at Logistics Property Company, LLC, Macquarie’s industrial platform in the United States. Courtney earned a Juris Doctorate (Summa Cum Laude) from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Purdue University Krannert School of Management, now the Mitch Daniels School of Business.
