Cody is a director of Development at Scannell Properties. He is responsible for the full development lifecycle including site selection, land acquisition, entitlements and business development for both speculative and build-to-suit projects in Chicago, IL.
Prior to joining Scannell, Cody was an analyst and development manager for The Missner Group, and then director of Acquisitions for Glenstar both in Chicago. Both companies focused on investment and development of industrial real estate throughout the Midwest and the Southeast.
Cody earned a bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Finance and Accounting from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
