Chris is a senior development manager at Scannell Properties, responsible for pre-construction activities for build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities. His responsibilities include site selection, land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, lease negotiations, and management of project personnel associated with developments throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Scannell, Chris operated and managed a land and residential development firm located in Chicago, Illinois. He is a graduate of the Building and Construction Management program at Purdue University.
