Charles is a senior development manager at Scannell Properties in the Dallas, TX office. He joined Scannell in 2019 and is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s speculative and build-to-suit development pipeline across Texas and throughout the Southeast. His role includes site selection, land acquisition, due diligence, design, entitlements, construction, lease negotiations, client services and business development.
During his time with Scannell, Charles has been responsible for developing more than 3 million square feet of industrial space in Texas and Louisiana.
Prior to Scannell Properties, Charles served as a development analyst at Provident Realty Advisors in Dallas, TX with a focus on industrial and residential development.
Charles earned his Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, graduating from the Hankamer School of Business. He serves as an active member of NAIOP NTX.
