Carla Lakia is a controller for Scannell Properties’ property accounting department. She is responsible for third-party reporting and works closely with other departments to provide financial data.
Prior to joining Scannell, Carla worked for Duke Realty for fifteen years.
Carla has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
