Prior to Scannell Properties, Bill was a managing partner with SCP, an investment and development firm that managed a billion-dollar+ strategic capital fund. Prior to SCP, Bill spent two decades with Duke Realty Investments. As an executive officer, Bill played a leading role in the company’s expansion to one of the nation’s largest mixed-use development firms operating as a public REIT with a $10 billion market cap.
Over Bill’s 40+ years in real estate development, he has overseen 130 million square feet of new development with a value over $7 billion and $4 billion in acquisitions and third-party construction projects.
