Andrew is a development manager at Scannell Properties. He works on all aspects of the development process from site selection through construction management. Andrew’s responsibilities include land acquisition and evaluation, preliminary design and entitlement efforts, due diligence, land planning, and contract negotiation.
Prior to Scannell, Andrew was an associate director with a local Indiana firm where he focused on retail real estate development.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland where he was a member of the men’s basketball team and served as team captain his senior year.
