Andrew Smith is a senior development manager at Scannell Properties. He works on all aspects of the development process from site selection through construction management. Andrew’s responsibilities include land acquisition and evaluation, preliminary design and entitlement efforts, due diligence, land planning, and contract negotiation.
Since joining Scannell in 2020, he has helped establish numerous industrial parks on the East Coast totaling over 5 million square feet.
Prior to Scannell, Andrew worked as a consultant for national developers focusing on East Coast development projects and for a large sitework firm as a geotechnical and earthwork engineer. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey.
