Andrew is a director of development for Scannell Properties, where he is responsible for sourcing and executing industrial development opportunities with a primary focus on Indiana.
Prior to joining Scannell in 2026, Andrew served as vice president of Industrial Development for Thompson Thrift, where he led the company’s industrial development initiatives overseeing existing projects and sourcing new development opportunities.
Before Thompson Thrift, Andrew spent eight years with Lauth Property Group in a variety of development, investment, and capital markets roles, most recently serving as vice president of Capital & Investments.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and holds Master of Science degrees in Finance and Real Estate from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
