Alex Smith is an attorney serving as in-house counsel for Scannell Properties. Alex is primarily responsible for assisting with all aspects of the multifamily and industrial development process, including acquisitions, sales, and financing, as well as construction matters.
Prior to joining Scannell, Alex was senior associate counsel for a national multifamily developer and general contractor. Alex earned a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University.
