Alex is a senior development associate at Scannell Properties and is responsible for leading industrial and logistics development projects across the Southwest region of the U.S. industrial market, with a focus on expanding the company’s speculative development pipeline in Southern California and Las Vegas. This includes identifying prime land sites, site selection, land acquisition, due diligence, design, entitlements, construction, lease negotiations, client services, and business development.
Alex began his career as a development intern with Scannell Properties in May 2023 and has continued to focus his efforts on expanding the presence of Scannell Properties on the West Coast.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy. He is actively involved in the commercial real estate community through organizations like CREDA.
