Wilshaw Apartments

Scannell Properties, through a public-private partnership with the Town of Speedway, developed its Class “A” Wilshaw multifamily and mixed-use project. The project was completed in Q1 2019 and is a true ground-up mixed-use development that incorporates residential and street-level retail along Main Street in Speedway, Indiana. Wilshaw includes 90 market-rate units that consist of one and two bedroom units, 8,250 square feet of commercial space between two buildings, and both structured and surface parking.The project is located at the SE corridor of Main Street and 16th Street, directly across from turn one of Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
