The Town of Brownsburg desired to redefine their downtown area by creating a new urban core for a community that has nearly doubled in population since 2010. Through a nearly $90 million redevelopment plan that now includes three mixed-use projects, office suites, and newly upgraded infrastructure, Brownsburg is well on its way to achieving that goal.
Scannell Properties is part of that redevelopment effort and engaged with the Town in a public-private-partnership for the completion of the Union Green apartments and parking garage.
Union Green hosts 172 Class “A” apartment units across two distinct buildings, 15,000 square feet of retail space, multiple fitness spaces, a saltwater pool and sun deck, a dog park, garage and surface parking, and a “pocket park,” and other amenities first of their kind in Brownsburg.
