Project overview

  • Located 23 kilometres from Barcelona airport, the warehouse is in a strategic location in the industrial area of Vallés, with direct access to the AP7 motorway linking Barcelona with France.
  • Leased to Transaher in 2024, the building will enable the logistics operator to optimise its distribution operations.
  • The 22,000 square metre site incorporates a 12,600 metre warehouse with 20 loading bays, 600 metre offices, plus outbuildings and a large manoeuvring area for trucks.

Sustainability in action

  • This is a brownfield project, which has given new life to a disused site and former discotheque.
  • The platform has been built in a highly sustainable way, recycling materials that are no longer usable, for example by incorporating them into the foundations and floor of the new building.
  • The warehouse has been certified BREEAM Excellent thanks to its energy efficiency features, electric vehicle chargers, rock wool insulation, energy production for self-consumption, intelligent LED lighting management, natural lighting, water consumption control and automatic leak detection system.
