TN2 Gateway shortlisted for prestigious, international sustainability award
TN2 Gateway, a new development of prime warehouse and logistics facilities in Tunbridge Wells, has been shortlisted for the international 2026 BREEAM Lifecycle Impact Commitment Award.
Delivered by Development Manager Scannell Properties, Royal London Asset Management Property’s TN2 Gateway will provide 500,000 sq ft of B8 and E(g) space just moments from the A21.

The first units are now ready for occupation, with a range of flexible space available from 23,503 to 96,335sq ft.
Extensive landscaping at the site is also progressing at pace, with over 350 trees, wildflower meadows and a pond planned to enhance biodiversity, support employee wellbeing and integrate the site into its surroundings.
Designed with sustainability in mind, TN2 Gateway is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ ratings.
Working with main contractor McLaren and project manager Lysander, Cudd Bentley Consulting provided sustainability consultancy and MEP services on the project. Glenny and JLL are acting as joint leasing agents for the development.
