Scannell Properties Transfers 22,852 sqm Site to Minth Electricity Technology, a Strategic Player in E-Mobility in Northern France

Scannell Properties, the specialist real estate developer and investor, announces the sale of a 22,852 square meter facility located in Lillers (Pas-de-Calais). The site, recently renovated and upgraded to meet modern energy standards, has been acquired by Minth Electricity Technology, a joint venture between Ampere, a pure player in electric vehicles and software within Renault Group and Minth Group, a global leader in automotive equipment.

The facility will host a new high-tech industrial operation dedicated to the production of bumpers for electric vehicles. This strategic investment strengthens the joint venture’s industrial footprint in the Hauts-de-France region, complementing its first site at the Ruitz plant.

A Modernized Site Designed for Industrial Needs

The Lillers facility stands out for its technical and environmental features, tailored to meet the demands of manufacturers. With a total surface area of 22,852 square meters, the site offers flexible layouts suitable for both production and logistics activities. Its recent energy-efficient renovation enables optimized consumption and a significant reduction in carbon footprint. The facility’s clear height and storage capacity are perfectly aligned with the requirements of modern industrial supply chains. In addition, its strategic location near major transport routes in Pas-de-Calais enhances regional and European connectivity, facilitating logistics flows at both national and international levels.

Hugues Desbarrières, Deputy Managing Director, Scannell Properties France states: This transaction perfectly reflects our commitment to developing and enhancing high-quality logistics and industrial assets that support our clients’ ambitions. We are proud that this site contributes to the industrialization in France.”
