Scannell Properties strengthens German team with new Director of Development.
Scannell Properties has appointed industrial and logistics expert Lukas Imdahl as Director of Development, Germany.
Imdahl, who has over 10 years’ experience in logistics real estate and a strong understanding of the German market, will be responsible for all of Scannell’s acquisition and development activities in Germany. Central to this role is his ability to leverage local market insights to identify high potential opportunities for both build-to-suit and speculative developments.
Imdahl joins Scannell from Evolutiq GmbH, an investment management business based in Cologne. He started his career at Panattoni in Germany, where he spent seven and a half years, latterly as Director of Land Acquisition.
