Scannell Properties Moving Forward to Develop Ridgeway Logistics Park in Ellabell, GA
Scannell Properties, an international industrial real estate developer, is advancing development of the 335-acre Ridgeway Logistics Park in Ellabell, GA. The first planned phase is a 1.1 million square foot speculative building.
Ridgeway Logistics Park is located directly across from the Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant, and adjacent to the new I-16 interchange to be completed in 2027. Scannell anticipates a multi-phase development of the industrial park, with multiple buildings totaling nearly four million square feet.

This is Scannell Properties’ second major industrial park in the greater Savannah area, reflecting the company’s long-term commitment to the Savannah market and confidence in the region’s continued growth. Scannell Properties also developed the 450-acre Rockingham Farms Logistics Park.
The speculative building will have a 40’ clear height with 4 drive-in doors, 234 dock positions and 45 dock packages. There will be parking space for 338 trailers and 350 autos. Site activity will begin this summer with clearing, grubbing, and preparation of the 335-acre site.
