Scannell Properties lets third unit to Fever at Logistic Park San Agustín, Madrid

Scannell Properties has let an 8,000 square metre unit at its Logistic Park San Agustín, in the Madrid suburb of San Agustín de Guadalix to international event company, Fever. Fever is a leading global entertainment platform and event production company with a presence in more than 300 cities worldwide and specialising in unique and immersive concepts. The company will join existing tenants Grupo Joanca and Fitness Deluxe at the newly developed four-unit park, leaving just one of the units still available for leasing.

Situated just 25 minutes from the centre of Madrid, with direct access to the A-1 motorway, one of Spain’s most important road links, the strategic location will provide Fever with the advantage of rapid connections to central Spain, the Cantabrian corridor, southern France and further afield.

The modern building design was another key factor in Fever’s decision to move to Logistic Park San Agustin.  With an innovative loading dock layout, large manoeuvring area and 11.5 metre clear heights, a wide range and type of products can be stored and distributed efficiently enabling them to better service and manage their supply chain.

The warehouse unit, which forms part of a wider brownfield development, has also been built to high sustainability standards in line with BREEAM Excellent certification. Further features include an innovative building management system to control and reduce the building’s energy consumption, a clean energy supply via its own photovoltaic installation and intelligent LED lighting to reduce costs and environmental impact.

Javier Inchauspe, director general of Scannell Properties in Spain and Portugal, said:

“The addition of this entrepreneurial and highly successful global event company to the park highlights not only the versatility and quality of our units, but also the location’s excellent national and international transport connectivity. We are delighted to welcome Fever to Logistic Park San Agustin and confident the new facilities will support their business growth and large-scale distribution needs.”

Noelia González Fuente, Operations Manager at Fever, added: “This step not only improves our operations but also strengthens our mission: to help our partners grow with the support of a more robust and efficient logistics network.”
