Scannell Properties Developing New Logistics Facility for Scooter’s Coffee in Papillion, NE
Scannell Properties is developing a 154,000 SF build-to-suit cold-storage facility for Scooter’s Coffee in Papillion, Nebraska.
The new facility, located south of Omaha, will have 50,000 SF of freezer and cold dock space, 16 dock doors, 4 cold dock doors, and parking space for 50 trailers. The property allows for future expansion of up to 42,120 SF. Construction began in May of this year, with completion expected in June, 2027.
“This is a fantastic location for Scooter’s Coffee, close to their headquarters and perfectly situated as a regional distribution center, enabling them to serve individual coffee shops and retail locations. They will have easy access to the I-80 corridor, with visibility from the expressway,” said Cam Duff, Development Director, Scannell Properties.
