Porsche Cars North America is first tenant in Scannell Properties’ Speedway III Industrial Park, Fort Worth, TX
Scannell Properties, an international commercial real estate developer, has completed a 301,140 SF building for Porsche Cars North America (PCNA), the first tenant in its three-building Speedway III Industrial Park, next to the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth.
The LEED Silver Facility is a fully HVAC warehouse with roughly 5,775 SF of office space and a 14,250 SF training center. The warehouse has a 36’ clear height.
PCNA is the first tenant in the Speedway III park. The three-building site includes a 163,488 SF build-to-suit building, which is currently under contract. A 239,060 SF spec building completed in November 2025 remains available.
PCNA moved into the facility in October 2025, and says the new facility will accelerate turnaround times for both parts distribution and technician training.
