Scannell Properties and WDG Real Estate Partners Developing New Facility for Plateau Excavation in Douglas County, GA
Scannell Properties and WDG have begun construction on a 35,756 SF field operations and maintenance facility in Douglas County, Georgia, for Plateau Excavation, a premier provider of site infrastructure services across the Southeast United States.
The build-to-suit project located just west of Atlanta will include 17,670 SF of office and training simulator spaces and a 18,086 SF maintenance facility. The 13-acre parcel includes a 6 -acre storage yard. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
