Project overview

Located just five kilometres from Valencia Airport, 16 km from Valencia city centre and 24 km from the Port of Valencia, Logistic Park Manises places Dachser at the intersection of the region’s most critical logistics corridors. With direct access to both the A-3 and A-7 motorways, the facility enables fast, reliable distribution across Iberia and into key Mediterranean markets.

Dachser selected Manises for its unmatched access to Valencia’s multimodal network — one of Spain’s busiest freight ecosystems. The combination of air, sea and road connectivity from a single location makes this facility a strategic hub for Dachser’s growing operations across Spain and the wider Mediterranean region.

The 19,284 m² warehouse was  purpose-built to provide international logistics operators  like Dachser  with the specification and scale that their pan-European networks demands. The facility comprises a 19,284 m² warehouse with 18 loading bays, ancillary office space, annex buildings and a large HGV manoeuvring area.

Sustainibility in Action

Logistic Park Manises was developed on a brownfield site, giving new life to previously unused land and minimising the need for greenfield development. During construction, materials that could no longer serve their original purpose were recycled rather than discarded — incorporated directly into the building’s foundations and flooring, reducing waste and embedded carbon from the ground up.

The operational specification supports Dachser’s own sustainability commitments. Energy-efficient LED lighting reduces power consumption across the warehouse, while a Building Management System (BMS) provides Dachser with real-time oversight of energy performance — enabling active optimisation rather than passive monitoring. These features, combined with the brownfield-first approach, earned the facility a BREEAM Very Good certification.
