Locations were selected for their transport links and suitability for international, national and urban distribution
Bespoke designs including large scale van parking decks
Sustainable features included photovoltaic roofing and provision for extensive electric van fleet charging

Project Overview

In response to increased consumer demand, our team delivered over 130,000 m²of warehouse space to meet Amazon’s growing need for space
From Bologna airport to Rostock and from Contwig to Stade, sites were secured and bespoke buildings delivered in multiple strategic locations across Germany and Italy
Buildings ranged from smaller format urban parcel delivery stations to large-scale fulfilment centres

Delivered at speed

All buildings were delivered rapidly to enable Amazon to commence operations as soon as possible
Some buildings took as little as 7 months to complete
