Amaury Gariel is Managing Director, Europe & UK at Scannell Properties, a role he has held since 2018. Based in Paris, he leads the company’s European platform and oversees all aspects of client service, development execution, and operations across seven core markets: France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland and the UK.
Amaury is responsible for implementing Scannell Properties’ Europe-wide growth strategy, including acquiring and developing land capable of supporting advanced, large-scale built-to-suit logistics facilities in strategically important locations for transport, operations, and labor. He focuses on delivering complex, occupier-led developments from site identification through to handover, with a strong emphasis on operational performance, supply chain strategy, sustainability, and long-term value.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the logistics real estate sector, Amaury brings deep market knowledge and leadership expertise to the role. Prior to joining Scannell Properties, he spent 23 years at CBRE, where from 2012 he served as Managing Director of EMEA Industrial & Logistics Services. In that position, he led a team of more than 350 professionals across 27 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
