Scannell Properties announces the appointment of Céline Long Nguyen as Legal Director France. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate law in France and internationally, she now takes responsibility for all legal matters related to Scannell Properties’ activities in France. Her recognised expertise includes complex transactions, overseeing due diligence processes and negotiating strategic contracts.
In this role, Céline Long Nguyen brings recognised expertise in complex real estate transactions, covering the entire process – from risk analysis to the negotiation and conclusion of strategic contracts. She also offers specialised legal insight into sustainability‑related matters, with a particular focus on building solarisation projects.

Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Céline worked at the law firm Eversheds and latterly at asset manager AEW, where she supported multidisciplinary teams (Investments, Asset Management, Fund Management and Sustainability) in structuring and executing acquisition and disposal operations on behalf of institutional and retail investors, across a wide range of real estate asset types.
A graduate of the Paris Bar School (EFB), Céline now joins Scannell to support the development of its real estate projects and contribute to the legal security of its operations in France.
