Scannell Properties and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) are pleased to announce that construction, development and leasing continue at the 167-acre Cornerstone Business Park, located in Twinsburg, Ohio. Formerly the site of the Chrysler Stamping Plant, three major companies have signed leases and another speculative building will arrive in 2016.

Working with Scannell Properties, KeHE Distributors, an Illinois-based specialty food distributor will build a new 270,000 square-foot industrial facility in Aurora. The project broke ground November 10, which includes 60,000 square feet of cooler space and land for future expansion. In addition to the new Aurora property, Scannell is also building a new KeHE facility in Douglasville, Georgia. Both facilities will be LEED-certified.The expansion is expected to provide quality jobs in both Aurora and Douglasville.

Scannell Properties has been selected as a partner to develop two state-of-the-art distribution facilities for KeHE Distributors - providers of natural & organic, specialty, and fresh products to natural food stores and chain grocery stores. The new warehouses will be located in Douglasville, GA and the Denver suburb of Aurora, CO. The new, LEED certified, distribution facilities include roughly 450,000 square feet for the Douglasville facility and will include over 100,000 square feet of freezer/cooler space. The 270,000 Aurora facility will include approximately 60,000 square feet of freezer/cooler space and land for future facility expansion.
