(Aurora, CO) --In a joint venture with Brookwood Capital Partners, Scannell Properties broke ground on October 1 on a 290,132 square foot warehouse in Aurora, Colorado that is being developed as a speculative building, including office space. The warehouse is slated for delivery in May, 2016.
