Scannell Properties Building 230,000 Square Foot Warehouse in First Class Industrial Park in Forth Worth

(Fort Worth, TX) ---Railhead Industrial Park, the largest industrial center in Fort Worth Texas, will be the site of a new warehouse for Georgia-based Euromax International, a global manufacturer of architectural and commercial building products.

The warehouse is a multitenant speculative property totaling 230,000 square feet and will be shared by two companies: Euromax, that will lease 105,549 square feet for fabrication and distribution purposes; and American Tire that will lease the remaining space. The Construction has been underway since May and slated to be completed by December, 2015.

The warehouse is located in a 633-acre park conveniently located at Northeast Loop 820 and Blue Mound Road. Easily accessible to major highways and an international airport, it is appropriately named because it offers dual rail service.  Major tenants in the park include: Mattel Toys, Inc, Del Monte, Conagra Foods Packaging Food Company, AmeriCold Logistics, and more.
