(South Windsor, CT) --Scannell Properties is currently in warp speed mode to build a 292,000 square foot home for Hyundai Mobis, the world’s # 8 automotive supplier since 2012.
Ground breaking in South Windsor, Connecticut took place on May 15, 2015. The new home for Hyundai will be in the Sullivan Avenue Industrial Park. Anticipated occupancy date is November 30 of this year.
“We started the footings and foundations on June 28th and two and a half months later we have a building standing, steel erected with a roof on,” says Don Tuttle, Scannell’s VP, Project Management. “This is an amazingly fast track project.”
Scannell worked with GMA as the architect, ARCO National Construction and broker Colliers International.
