(Aurora, CO) --In a joint venture with Brookwood Capital Partners, Scannell Properties broke ground on October 1 on a 290,132 square foot warehouse in Aurora, Colorado that is being developed as a speculative building, including office space. The warehouse is slated for delivery in May, 2016.


(South Windsor, CT) --Scannell Properties is currently in warp speed mode to build a 292,000 square foot home for Hyundai Mobis, the world’s # 8 automotive supplier since 2012. 


(Bethlehem, PA) --Scannell Properties has announced the development of a 281,745 square foot build-to-suit office building for Guardian Life in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. 


(Trenton, GA) --Scannell broke ground in late June for a 64, 406,000 square foot building expansion in Dade County’s Trenton, GA for Lake Region Medical.

(Raleigh, NC) --Recognizing that the Raleigh-Durham region continues to experience widespread economic expansion, Scannell Properties will break ground in early September on a 160,000 square foot speculative warehouse on Rogers Lane on the east side of Raleigh.
