Midland Logistics Park in McDonough, GA will be the new home of S & S Activewear – a wholesaler of imprinted apparel and accessories in the U.S. for 29 years. The speculative warehouse is owned by Scannell Properties and totals 699,732 SF of leasable space. Currently under development, the building is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2018. It is expected that the facility will create at least 300 jobs over the next four years.


Scannell Properties announces the sale of PowerSecure Industrial Campus to Principal Real Estate Investors - a public and private equity and debt investment company. The  258,060-square-foot industrial park sold for $27.15M and is ideally situated in Raleigh-Durham, NC.


Aurora, Ohio will be the site of a new 409,495 SF build-to-suit project by Scannell PropertiesPeak Construction Corporation of Des Plaines, IL will build the facility, has been designed with the ability to be split amongst multiple tenants. 


Union Green will be host to a mix of 172 luxury units, 15,000 square feet of Retail, Class A apartment finishes, multiple fitness spaces, salt water pool and sun deck, dog park, garage and surface parking, and a “pocket-park” amongst other luxury provisions - first of its kind in Brownsburg.


Located on Raleigh’s eastside in Knightsdale is the third new Scannell development called Eastgate 540.
