The new FedEx warehouse in Arcadia, California  was designed to receive LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification at the Silver level, under the green building rating system.


Graham Commercial Properties (GCP) has bought a Charlotte-based industrial park called Legacy West Industrial Park from Scannell Properties for $34 million.  


Meyer Distributing will be the lead tenant in the 83,000 square foot (sf) first phase of an office-warehouse development in Newport, Minnesota.

An automotive distribution company, Meyer will occupy 36,000 sf in the Raceway Business Center, currently under construction at 910 Hastings Avenue in Newport.

Daniel Madrigal of Scannell Properties and Executive Director Tom Sullivan and Senior Associate Peter Fooshe of Cushman & Wakefield and negotiated the lease with Meyer.


Two of the world’s favorite delicacies will be distributed in Appleton, Wisconsin - the site of a new distribution center for Nestle Dreyer’s Ice Cream Company and Nestle Pizza products. Scannell Properties has recently completed the 308,936 square-foot 20 below freezer/cooler facility for the pizza and ice cream storage as well as an additional 14,961 square-feet of office space.


A new 97,000 square-foot warehouse at the Triangle Business Center (TBC) Industrial Park in Durham, North Carolina, will be the manufacturing and research/development hub to Lifestar Pharma, a pharmaceutical supply chain and subsidiary of Mankind Pharma Limited, one of the top 5 leading pharmaceutical companies of India. Lifestar focuses on developing and marketing affordable, high quality, multi-source specialty pharmaceuticals for the US market.

Scannell Properties sold the building for $7.8M in August.
